Privacy Policy

Any personal information obtained by My Child Book for your book orders will be kept confidential. My Child Book will not give your name, address, city, state, e-mail address, or telephone number to any other party.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Domestic Orders:  All books and gifts will be shipped by regular U.S. Ground mail unless you reside within the states of Alaska or Hawaii. If you live in these states, your order will be sent by priority mail.

International Orders:  All shipped product will be sent by priority mail. My Child Book is not responsible for lost orders sent internationally.

Rates:  Due to different shipping rates on our product shipping charges will not be added to your total order immediately. My Child Book will add shipping charges to your order manually. If you have any questions concerning shipping charges, e-mail or call My Child Book for more information before placing your order.

My Child Book will ship your order within 24 to 72 hours upon receipt of ORDER and PAYMENT. Except during holiday seasons allow for 5-7 days to process your order and mailing delays. If for any reason My Child Book is unable to meet these expectations, we will notify you by phone and waive all shipping fees.

Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday.

Credit Card Acceptance PolicyTo protect YOU as well as My Child Book from credit card FRAUD, your invoice address must match your credit card billing address exactly. If you want your item shipped to a different address, enter this address in the "delivery address" in the shopping cart. If your invoice and billing address do not match we will not fill your order until we have obtained the correct address from you.

NOTE: MasterCard, and Visa, are accepted. Your credit card information is entered through a secure server. We immediately retrieve your credit card information upon receipt of the order. This information is then deleted from the server and not stored in any computer.

Refunds/ExchangeDue to the nature of the business, My Child Book cannot provide a refund.

My Child Book is not responsible for incorrect information entered on the order forms provided by customer. If it is My Child Book mistake, we will gladly make a new book and ship it free of charge.
